How do you log errors in your applications?

Our friends at CodeProject recently ran a survey of their users on how they log errors in their applications and projects.

The results are very insightful, and a healthy discussion has begun about the many different ways to log errors (or not log errors!)

Obviously we think everyone should log errors, but of course there are many alternatives and many reasons why that isn't always the best choice.
